Our company bought 5 brand new VW crafter buses, which between them had a total of 50 breakdowns, had to be taken in for an additional 109 repairs (excluding services) and had an average of 7 months downtime, in only 32 months.

It was an absolute nightmare, we asked VW to take these obviously faulty buses away from us, as it was a danger to our drivers and passengers but they did not.

We have been given no compenstaion for our loss of goodwill, nor have anyone from VW agreed to meet with us.

This service is unacceptable! We wrote a letter detailing our complaint to Thomas SchafeR, managing director of VW south Africa, but owing to his busy schedule, he has been unable to read it.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $200000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Quality of product, Customer service.
